Wow, something for me?!?

So I went and got my hair done! Yes, something for ME! I was so ecstatic and it turned out fabulous!! I have highlights and I had my bangs cut back w/ more layers. My hair is still super long, but its SO different, I was totally after a drastic change! Rileigh looked at me when I walked through the door, it took her a second of staring before she ran up and grab my leg, "Mommy, why does your hair look like that?" and I replied, "Do you like it honey?" with a big grin on her face, she says "hahah, yea!!"

So with the approval of an almost 4 year old, I think I'll keep it. :D So, my picture for day 2 is to share my finished hair, its a dark photo, but you get the idea. Its funny b/c I was almost positive all my pictures would be of my kids, however, today is me. :D

Happy 2010!!!

Well, another year has come and gone!! Its amazing how fast having children make the time fly by. Soo, I've decided to do that 365 Challenge! Everyday for the next 365 days I'll post a different picture and probably share a little story about it. Now, life is hectic, and I'm sad to admit that I may miss some or even forget about this. I'd like to write more in my blog, all these thoughts in my head gotta go somewhere, and this will definitely help.

So starting today, I took this picture today of my sweet Logan Man. :) He's growing like a weed and just the sweetest little boy!! He'll be 4 MONTHS OLD on the 7th, if only I could slow the time down. He looks SO much like his daddy to me and he feels my heart w/ joy. Three kids and not an ounce less love for any of them, just more and more everyday.

Here is my sleeping sweetheart, I just love how he curls up when he sleeps. He does it when he nurses too :D

Logan Robert is here!

I totally forgot to update saying he's here (and he's almost 3 months old!! lol) He made his appearance on Labor Day (and my 4 yr wedding anniversary), which is Sept 7th. I guess he knew how to make an entrance. I was 37 weeks and everything went smoothly. He was 7lb 5.5 oz and 20 inches long. He breastfeeds like a champ and we're still going strong!!

At his 2 month appt 2 weeks ago he weight 12 lbs 13 oz and was a whopping 24 inches long! Putting him in the 75th percentile on weight and the 85th percentile on height. Hes SUCH a great baby and 3 kids really isn't as hard as I thought it would be. My other two really know how to be angels and Logan is definitely one of the easiest babies around. He sleeps all night already, but I'm not smart enough to go to sleep when he does.. so I'm usually up until 2-3 am in the morning and dog tired the next day. Its really the only time to really clean and enjoy JM & photoshop!! lol. Anyways, here are a couple of pics of my sweet bundle of joy.

Addictive!!!

So, I've been making myself graphics & little signatures for a forum for a while now. I've always seen some super cute layouts done by people who digiscrap. Now, I've never gotten into digiscrapping, or regular scrapping actually. Anyways, I had the chance for a beautiful kit and all I had to do was make her a layout. Sooo, now I'm ADDICTED!!

Is it REALLY almost time?!?

So, here comes baby number 3. Soon. My labor was stopped at 33 weeks and I've been on medicine to keep me from contracting since. I get to come off of that this Wednesday, which means that SOON I'll have another baby. I'm so excited to have another bundle of joy, but stressed out about how 3 kids is gonna work! 2 was nothing, I barely noticed a difference, but this is THREE!! Logan was by NO means planned at all, but he was a pleasant surprise (after the intially hyperventilating shock lol) I just can't wait to meet him!! Everything is almost ready for him and I'm still sitting here having a hard time believeing that I'm gonna be bringing another baby home within a month MAX.

Not surprised

So I failed my glucose test today with a 178 and I was SUPPOSED to be under 140. So the dr said since it was so high, we would just skip over the 3 yr. So its nice to not have to get stuck a bunch of times in a row. I'm not too worried about it, I was kind of anticipating the diagnosis. I knew what I've been feeling wasn't normal. SO, I go Monday super early for my meeting to learn all about it and how to test and what to eat and so forth. I'm glad its gonna control my weight though. :)

So just a quick update. On the bright side I'm measuring 28 wks and his heartbeat was nice and strong and in the 140's. :) I have my next check-up the 16th and I've started every 2 weeks. I'm in the home stretch!!
