Logan Robert is here!

I totally forgot to update saying he's here (and he's almost 3 months old!! lol) He made his appearance on Labor Day (and my 4 yr wedding anniversary), which is Sept 7th. I guess he knew how to make an entrance. I was 37 weeks and everything went smoothly. He was 7lb 5.5 oz and 20 inches long. He breastfeeds like a champ and we're still going strong!!

At his 2 month appt 2 weeks ago he weight 12 lbs 13 oz and was a whopping 24 inches long! Putting him in the 75th percentile on weight and the 85th percentile on height. Hes SUCH a great baby and 3 kids really isn't as hard as I thought it would be. My other two really know how to be angels and Logan is definitely one of the easiest babies around. He sleeps all night already, but I'm not smart enough to go to sleep when he does.. so I'm usually up until 2-3 am in the morning and dog tired the next day. Its really the only time to really clean and enjoy JM & photoshop!! lol. Anyways, here are a couple of pics of my sweet bundle of joy.

Addictive!!!

So, I've been making myself graphics & little signatures for a forum for a while now. I've always seen some super cute layouts done by people who digiscrap. Now, I've never gotten into digiscrapping, or regular scrapping actually. Anyways, I had the chance for a beautiful kit and all I had to do was make her a layout. Sooo, now I'm ADDICTED!!

Is it REALLY almost time?!?

So, here comes baby number 3. Soon. My labor was stopped at 33 weeks and I've been on medicine to keep me from contracting since. I get to come off of that this Wednesday, which means that SOON I'll have another baby. I'm so excited to have another bundle of joy, but stressed out about how 3 kids is gonna work! 2 was nothing, I barely noticed a difference, but this is THREE!! Logan was by NO means planned at all, but he was a pleasant surprise (after the intially hyperventilating shock lol) I just can't wait to meet him!! Everything is almost ready for him and I'm still sitting here having a hard time believeing that I'm gonna be bringing another baby home within a month MAX.

Not surprised

So I failed my glucose test today with a 178 and I was SUPPOSED to be under 140. So the dr said since it was so high, we would just skip over the 3 yr. So its nice to not have to get stuck a bunch of times in a row. I'm not too worried about it, I was kind of anticipating the diagnosis. I knew what I've been feeling wasn't normal. SO, I go Monday super early for my meeting to learn all about it and how to test and what to eat and so forth. I'm glad its gonna control my weight though. :)

So just a quick update. On the bright side I'm measuring 28 wks and his heartbeat was nice and strong and in the 140's. :) I have my next check-up the 16th and I've started every 2 weeks. I'm in the home stretch!!

and the beat goes on...

The past few days have been relatively uneventful. My husband and I went to see Transformers 2, it is definitely one of the best movies I've seen this year, and thats saying something! Just a warning, there are more cuss words in it than on a navy ship, so be careful taking young kids.

I've been contemplating taking Rileigh to see her first theater movie, I think she's finally old enough to sit still... though I'm not entirely sure.... lol. Ice Age 3 seems like a good start anyways. (P.S. 14 days to HARRY POTTER MIDNIGHT SHOWING!!!! EEEKKK!!!) haha.

Anyways, this is stupidly short, I just didn't want to leave my blog at one entry. Off to get the kids ready for their naps. :)

The beginning...

So here I go, jumping on the blogging train for the first time. :) I've never really known what the big deal was, but it seems cool to try it out. Today has been interesting. Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson passed away and it seems like our local radios and news stations have nothing else to play or talk about. So we've been listening to old MJ songs. I'm sad it took him passing away for me to play "Thriller" for Rileigh. She was in awe and tried to do the "zombie" dance.

So in other news, we found a house. I'm super excited and it seems really promising, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything works out! Its a 4 bedroom and I'll get to do a nursery for Logan, which is SUPER exciting. I feel so bad that I'm so behind! I've only bought him a few outfits. I need to get on the big stuff, but in this apartment there is no where to put it. SO, we're moving in the middle of July and I have until late August to September to get EVERYTHING he needs and the house in order! But I can do it!!!! I think I can, I think I can. :)
